Your first week

The four steps on Season, until every step is done or you hide the list.

Where the list is

The owner sees Your first week on Season. It stays on Season until every step is done. If you do not want it, tap Hide this list. The steps below use the same names, in the same order.

Setting up has its own list, called Getting set up. Find it on Season, under Your first week. It covers where the tires live, bringing your own customer list in, putting a set away, printing its label, who works here, and their phones and computers.

Bringing your own list in is free. Having us do it is part of Pro, coming spring 2027.

The steps

  1. Put a set away. Tap Put away and store a real set. Four tires, whose car it is, and the spot it goes in. You need a zone and its spots first. That is More → Zones and spots.
  2. Print its label. Open the set you just put away. The label is there, with Print. Wrap the label around the tread. Print one today and you know the printer works before the week it matters. Or chalk the mark on the tire, like D001. A shop that chalks does not see this step.
  3. Add somebody who works here. Go to Admin → People. A name each. They scan one code on their own phone and pick their own PIN. You never see it.
  4. Take one back out. Tap Find. Pull a set for a swap, or hand one back. Find it, press the button, and that is the job.
