What’s new

What has shipped, newest first. The last change went out on October 23, 2026.

Most of this comes from a shop saying something was wrong or missing. If something here is in your way, tell us — that is how the list gets written.

A day at a time, newest first. Tap a date to open it.

  • New

A page for each of the four shop systems people come here from: what to ask for when you go looking for the export, and what happens to your columns when the file lands here.

  • New

A free guide on reading the date code on a tire: where to find it on the sidewall, and what the four numbers mean.

  • New

This page: what has shipped, newest first, so you can see whether anybody is still working on it.

  • New

Putting a set away can record how old the tires are, from the four numbers on the sidewall. The set’s screen then says their age, and the low-tread list flags a set at six years as getting old.

  • Fixed

The spreadsheet file you download of your sets lines its columns up correctly. If you downloaded one on the 22nd or 23rd of October, take it again.

  • Changed

Moving a set or saving new tread readings now says so in green at the top of the screen, with the new shelf code. Before, the panel just closed.

  • Changed

Putting a set away keeps the button off until the set has somewhere to go, and says what is missing. A refused step jumps to the first thing that needs fixing.

  • Changed

On Find a set, the search box is the first thing on the screen. The checklist and the call list get out of the way while you are typing.

  • Changed

Plainer words through the app: “Put them on the car”, “Tire pressure sensors”, and “Said no” on the call list.

  • Changed

Reprinting a whole zone of labels asks first, naming how many will print and which zone, and is the owner’s screen. Reprinting one label is unchanged.

  • Changed

Every switch on the Admin screen shows On or Off in words, and the line under it describes how it is set now.

  • New

A photo of damage can carry a line saying what it is, with the date and who took it underneath. You are asked for it before the camera opens.

  • New

Help is five pages you can be pointed at: on the floor, staff and phones, bringing your records in, paying for it, and where your records live.

  • Fixed

A set number is never given out twice. A number from a set that went home used to be offered to the next customer.

  • Fixed

Typing or scanning a number that was used twice opens the set that is in the shop, not the one that went home.

  • New

A menu on a phone, on every public page, with the demo, the price and the help in it.

  • New

A free guide on organizing a tire storage room: naming racks and shelves, what to shelve and what to stack, and counting the room against the book.

  • New

Tires to quote, on Find a set: the sets whose tread is finished and whose customer has not been rung yet, with two buttons to record how the call went.

  • New

A free sheet of rack labels you can print without an account: name your rack, say how many shelves and slots, and print.

  • New

A free tire storage fee calculator: your sets, your fee, your space and your labour, and what a season actually leaves you.

  • New

A link you can give another shop, with a card to print for the counter. It says who sent them, and nothing is promised either of you for it.

  • New

Your first week, on the screen you work from: put a set away, print its label, add somebody who works here, take one back out.

  • Changed

A set put away in a container with no signal reaches the office on its own once the phone is back in range. Signing in is the one part that needs a signal.

  • New

Pages for shops in Ottawa, Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton, London, Kitchener and Windsor, each about how the season runs in that city.

  • Changed

Setting a shop up takes about five minutes: name the racks, bring the customers in, add the people, and the list says what is left.

  • Changed

The tread corners are named Front left, Front right, Rear left and Rear right wherever there is room, instead of initials.

  • Changed

Every box that is wrong says what is wrong under that box, in words, instead of a list at the bottom of the screen.

  • Changed

The demo shop has a way out of it: a button that turns what you were looking at into your own shop.

  • Fixed

A customer whose car has a new plate keeps one car in the book, instead of gaining a second one.

  • New

A staggered set keeps two sizes, front and rear, and both are on the label and the slip.

  • Changed

A swap can keep the customer’s number, so the chalk on the tires still matches the book.

  • New

Bring your customer list across from the system you use now. It shows which column it thinks is which, with a real value from your own file beside it, before anything is written.

  • New

A question mark at the top of every screen, which opens the help for the screen you are on.

  • Changed

The call list says what it means in four words rather than a number, and records what happened on the phone.

  • Changed

A full shelf is not a reason to wait: the screen offers the next free spot instead of refusing.

  • Fixed

One set number that will not save stops that one set, not the rest of the day’s work.

  • New

Things to check: sets that look crossed over — two sets on one car, a plate on two cars, two sets chalked the same. Named, never corrected for you.

  • New

Tires that are finished: the sets nobody has come back for, with a letter you can send.

  • New

A shop that does not charge for storage can turn money off entirely, and no fee appears anywhere in the app.

  • Fixed

On a phone or computer more than one person signs in on, the next person only sees what their own job allows.

The counter slip prints on whatever printer the shop already owns, and the size can be changed from Admin.

  • New

A set recorded in a hurry can be filled in afterwards: the name, the car, the size.

  • Changed

Readable in the dark: a dark theme that follows the phone, and colours that hold up under a shop light.

October 9, 2026

  • New

The customer gets a copy: a slip with the tread readings and a code to scan for their own record.

October 8, 2026

  • Changed

One tap to swap a set, and Back goes where you came from even when the app was opened cold from a scan.

October 2, 2026

  • New

Photos of the wheels and tires, taken on the phone, kept with the set.

  • Changed

Type the gauge reading in and the set reads what you typed, in millimetres or in 32nds, whichever your gauge shows.

September 29, 2026

  • New

Paste the whole book: a spreadsheet of the sets you already store, line by line, with what the app made of each one shown before anything is written.

  • Changed

Anything waiting to send says so, and says what to do about it in one sentence.

September 11, 2026

  • New

What to say when you ring a customer about worn tires, with the sizes and the readings on the same screen.

  • New

The season board: who is due, whose tread is low, who has not paid, and the sets nobody has come back for.

A shop can be set up without us: three boxes and a link in the mail.

A winter set is called finished earlier than a summer one, because a winter tire stops being a winter tire before it is bald.

One code per tech: staff sign in on a phone the owner has let in, with their own name and PIN.

  • New

Tell us: a way to send a problem or an idea from inside the app, from any screen.

  • New

Every photo of a set, downloadable as one file.

  • New

The swap in one motion: the stored set comes off the rack and the set off the car goes on, in a single pass.

  • New

Chalk instead of labels, for a shop with no printer: a short mark the app works out, and searching finds a set by it.

  • New

Starting mid-season: tell it the range of numbers you already use and it keeps them.

The first working version: put a set away, print a label, find it again, and hand it back.
