Talk to a person.
There is one of us. I am an automotive technician and shop manager, which means I am on the tools during the day and slow between eight and five — but I read everything in the evening, including the awkward questions.
The fastest way, and it reaches a person rather than a queue. Say what you store tires in now and roughly how many sets — that is usually enough for a straight answer about whether this fits.

This is the address on the bottom of every email we send, and it is a real one. Nothing about storing tires needs a letter, but a business that will not say where it is is a business worth being careful with.
What to expect
An evening, usually
Same day if it arrives before the afternoon, next evening otherwise. If it is urgent and your shop is already running Treadstock, say so in the subject.
A straight answer about fit
If this is the wrong tool for how you store tires, you will be told that rather than sold to. It does storage; it is not a shop management system.
No sales sequence
One reply, from a person. Nobody is added to a list for asking a question, and nothing follows on its own afterwards.
Or type it here
The same inbox, without opening a mail client. Tell us how many sets you store and how you mark them now.
