Every set of tires, findable in ten seconds.

Your techs already carry the only hardware this needs. Type a name or scan the label and the shelf number comes up big enough to read from the door. It keeps working in the back of the container where there is no signal.

The demo is a real shop with forty-four sets in it — nothing to sign up for. Running it yourself is free through this season’s changeover: no card, no contract.

No sound — the captions are on screen.

What it looks like

Just under a minute, recorded off the app itself: a set going into the rack, the same set found again, and what the shop sees on a Monday. Silent, with captions.

Real screens, real data. The shop and the customers in it are made up.
  1. 1A set going awayCustomer, plate, car, what came off it, and an open slot.
  2. 2The label at the endOr the chalk mark, if your shop is not buying a printer.
  3. 3Finding it six months laterPart of a name is enough. One result, one shelf number.
  4. 4The tread you already measuredUnder 4/32 shows up in red, before the customer is in the bay.
  5. 5Monday morningWho is due, who is late, who is coming back to tires that are finished.
A set in Treadstock: location A1-04, Kevin Doucette, a 2021 RAV4, tread of 4, 3, 4 and 4 thirty-seconds, and a warning that the set is below 4/32.
A set as a tech sees it. The red 3/32 is a tire sale you would otherwise find out about with the wheel already off.
Searching for “doucette” returns one set at shelf A1-04.
Type part of a name, a plate, a phone number or the number chalked on the tire. One result, one shelf number, walk to it.
The season board showing eight sets stored, five due for a swap and two overdue, with a list of customers.
Monday morning: five swaps due, two of them late. Tap a customer to pull their set before they arrive.
The low tread list showing four customers whose stored tires measure under 4/32.
Four customers are coming back to tires that need replacing. You find out in August, with time to order.

How a shop uses it

Putting a set away

Customer, plate, tread on all four corners, a photo if the tire is scuffed. Pick an open slot. Print the label, or write the mark on the tire in chalk. About ninety seconds.

Chalk instead of labels

A lot of shops will not buy a printer, and chalk survives a wet tire. Doucette’s set 1001 is written D001. Search finds it either way.

When the signal drops

Concrete and steel racks kill wi-fi. Everything saves on the phone first and catches up later, so intake never stops halfway through.

At the swap

Pull the stored set and the tires coming off the car are half filled in already: same customer, same vehicle, the slot that just opened up.

Starting with a full rack

You do not enter a season of history first. Walk the container logging numbers and shelves, or paste the spreadsheet you keep now. Your existing numbers stay yours.

Who has not paid

Storage fees sit on the set. Charge per stay, per year, or split across the two swaps — whichever your shop already does.

What the dealership systems quote

These are the line items from a real quote given to an independent shop for a tire storage system.

Their year one

Software licence, 12-month commitment$4,800 / yr
Implementation and DMS integration$2,700
Handheld scanner and 3-year service plan$2,300
Thermal label printer and warranty$1,210
Ribbon and labels$166
Before tax$11,176

Then $4,800 a year, every year, plus labels.

Ours, this season

Freethrough the changeover

No implementation fee, no integration project, no scanner to buy. Unlimited sets and unlimited staff. The only hardware is a label printer, around $220, and you can skip that if you chalk.

Run it free this fall

The changeover is the only week of the year this software is really tested. Put it through this one on us.

What it costs

Nothing this season. No card, no invoice, nothing to cancel.

What you get

Everything: every set, every staff member, every phone, labels, photos, the season board and the exports.

What happens after

We talk in the spring, once you know whether it earned its place. Your sets and history export to a spreadsheet at any point, so walking away costs you nothing.

What we want back

Tell us what broke and what was missing. You are the one standing at the rack.

Get in touch

You can start a shop yourself in about two minutes. If you would rather talk to somebody first, or you want your existing numbers brought in before your first swap, tell us what you have got.

Or email [email protected].

Things worth knowing before you ask

It is not a shop management system

No repair orders, no invoicing. It does storage and stays out of the way of whatever you already run.

We take nothing off the top

What you charge for storage is yours. We never see a card number, because the app records that a card was used, not the card.

Your records leave when you do

Sets, history and photos export to a spreadsheet any time, without asking us first.

Try it on your own rack

Tell us how many sets you store and how you mark them now. We will set your shop up so you can put real tires away before you decide anything.
