$39 a month, per location.

Unlimited sets, unlimited staff, no setup fee. Free until March 31, 2027 if your shop starts before February 28, 2027 — and we do not take a card to do it.

Standard

EVERYTHING TODAY

$39a month, + HST

or $390 a year — 10 months’ money for twelve

The whole app as it is today: every set, everyone who works there, labels, chalk marks, photos, the season board and the exports. Improvements arrive without another invoice.

Pro

SPRING 2027

$59a month, + HST

or $590 a year

Everything in Standard, plus the jobs that reach your customers. Coming in spring 2027 — a season rather than a date, because every one of these touches somebody outside your shop and that is the work that slips:

  • Swap reminders to the customer, by text or email
  • Storage-fee invoicing
  • More than one location in one account
  • White-glove import of the book you keep now

Free until spring, for founding shops

  • Start before February 28, 2027 and it is free until March 31, 2027. No card, nothing to cancel.
  • From April 1, 2027 you choose whether to carry on. Nothing starts charging by itself — we have not got a way to.
  • Carry on and the $39 Standard price is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. Pro features are included when they ship, at no extra cost.
  • Decide against it and your shop goes read-only: every set, photo and all the history stays there to read and to export, for as long as you want it.

Shops that start after February 28, 2027 get a 30-day free trial, also without a card.

Prices are per location and exclude HST. A second building is a second location. What you charge your customers for storage is entirely yours — we take no percentage and never see a card number, and your records export to a spreadsheet any time from Admin › Records › Export, without asking us.

What you get, on either one

  • ✓Every set, every seasonNo cap on sets, stays, photos or history. A shop storing 2,000 sets pays what a shop storing 200 pays.
  • ✓Everyone who works thereOwners, advisors and techs. Staff sign in on their own phones with a shop code and a PIN, from phones you have registered.
  • ✓Labels and chalk marksA 4×4 label with the shelf and a QR code, or the customer’s initial and the last three digits written on the tire.
  • ✓The season boardDue now, low tread, unpaid, and the sets nobody has come back for.
  • ✓PhotosCondition at intake, and a photo of the pile that tells you six months later what is underneath what.
  • ✓Your data, outSets, history and photos export to a spreadsheet whenever you want, without asking us.
  • ✓UpdatesImprovements to what you bought, at no extra cost.
  • ✓Getting your rack inSetting up your zones and bringing in the sets you already store. Your numbers stay yours; nothing gets relabelled.

What it does not include

A label printer

Around $220 for a 4×4 thermal printer, plus labels, and only if you want printed ones. Shops that chalk buy nothing.

Phones

It runs in the browser on the phones your staff already carry. There is nothing to install from an app store.

Text messages themselves

Swap reminders are a Pro feature coming in spring 2027. Anything that costs money per message will be priced on its own and shown to you before it is switched on.

The questions shops actually ask

Which one should I take?

Standard, unless you want the things Pro adds, and those are not here yet. Standard is the whole app as it stands today: every set, every member of staff, labels, photos, the season board and the exports. Pro is $59 a month or $590 a year and it is for the jobs that reach your customers — reminders, invoicing, more than one location.

Monthly or yearly?

Monthly if you have not run a season with it. The year is 10 months' money for twelve, which is worth having once you know you are keeping it, and not worth committing to before.

What happens on April 1, 2027?

You decide. Nothing starts charging by itself — we have not got a card. If you carry on, the $39 price is yours for as long as you stay subscribed. If you do not, your shop goes read-only: every set, every photo and all the history stays there to look at and to export, for as long as you want it. We are not holding your own records over you to make you subscribe.

Can I cancel the monthly?

Email us and we stop it that day; it runs to the end of the month you have already paid for. No minimum term, no cancellation fee, no notice period, and nobody will try to talk you out of it. Your records stay reachable for 30 days afterwards so you can export them, and we email you before that window closes.

What if my internet goes down?

The app keeps working. Everything a tech does saves on the phone first and syncs when the signal comes back, which is the same thing that makes it work in a container. The one thing it cannot do offline is a first sign-in on a phone that has never been used.

Do I need to renumber my sets?

No. Tell it the range of numbers you already use and it keeps them. Then walk the racks logging what is where, or paste the list you already keep in a spreadsheet.

Can I get my data out?

Any time, without asking us: sets, history and photos, as spreadsheets you open in Excel.

What happens if you stop?

You keep every record: the export works whether or not we are around, and we would tell you before it happened.

Where is my customers’ data?

On servers in the United States, in a database only your shop can read. That separation is enforced by the database itself rather than by the app, and it is checked automatically on every deploy. Photos sit in private storage behind links that expire in five minutes.

Can your staff read my customer list?

No. Our operator screen shows counts, dates and whether your records are healthy. It cannot show a customer, a plate, a photo or a fee. Looking at your data means signing in to your shop, and that sign-in appears in your own log.

Do you sell anything about my shop to anyone?

No. We do not sell, share or publish your shop’s data, and that includes what you charge for storage. It is in the agreement.

Not sure it fits your shop?

Tell us how you store tires now. If Treadstock is the wrong tool for it, we will say so before you pay for it — and nothing here takes a card to start.
